Directions from the North, East and West

• Leave M4 at Junction 18. Follow A46 south towards Bath

• After 7 miles turn off slipway signposted Bath

• Take first exit at traffic light controlled roundabout signposted Batheaston

• After 300metres just past Wagon and Horses Pub take the right turn signposted Bathampton - go over toll bridge - 50p!

• Follow lane for 1.5miles through village past pub, church, over canal and take second left called Down Lane.

• At the end of Down Lane turn left onto A36

• Follow A36 for 4 miles

• Go past sign post to Limpley Stoke over bridge and up hill.

• After half a mile from the bridge look out for Freshford sign on right hand side of road.

• Turn left down this lane - Church Lane

• Go down hill and past school at crossroads

• Turn left and follow road for another 200metres and then follow road down hill to the right

• After 50 metres turn left into Station Road.

• The Grove is the first house on the right hand side – two large gate posts with balls on top

Directions from the South

• Freshford is best approached from the A36:

• On approaching Freshford there are two signposts to the village. Take the second one into Church Lane and then follow the directions as above
